I am a junior Molecular Biosciences & Biotechnology major at Arizona State University.  I am interested in the intersection of Life Sciences and Geosciences.  Specifically, I am interested in the genetic regulation of trace metal metabolism.  As a NASA Space Grant Intern, my project seeks to understand the differences in expression of Cu-containing plastocyanin and Fe-containing cytochrome c₆ in photosynthetic prokaryotes versus eukaryotes.
