Laura Wasylenki is an Assistant Research Scientist in the School of Earth & Space Exploration at Arizona State University. She received a B.S. from Stanford University in 1992 in Geology and Symbolic Systems (artificial intelligence) and completed her Ph.D. in Geological and Planetary Sciences at the California Institute of Technology in 1999. Before coming to ASU she was on the faculty of Hartwick College from 1999 to 2002 and a postdoctoral fellow at Virginia Tech from 2002 to 2004.
